Custom Orders
Order Info
STANDARD EXPRESS for custom orders: 21 to 28 business days after artwork approval.

RUSH DELIVERY for custom orders: 14 business days after artwork approval. Charges may apply. Call for quote.


Order Acknowledgment:
On all phone orders, please confirm by fax or email and include your PO#. Upon placing your order with us, we will promptly send you an order acknowledgment to you by fax or email. Any necessary design specs will be sent to you at that time. Please review carefully for any discrepancies or changes needed and notify us promptly. Select your design preference by circling the appropriate design and fax or email back to us with your signature confirming the order and the design specifications. There is no charge for consultation at any point.


Sending Artwork:
If at all possible, email us your artwork in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.eps) or CorelDraw (.cdr). First convert all text to curves so fonts will look like yours. For items to be printed, email to us in at least 300 dpi in .jpg, .bmp, .tif, .gif and .pdf file format. Please furnish PMS colors -or- we will match the colors as closely as possible given production processes.

Add $50/hr (G) if necessary for us to create artwork for you. Usually no more than 1 hour is charged.


Misc. Charges:
Add 20% for antique gold, silver, copper, or brass plating.
Add $0.04/pc (A) for each cutout plus $30.00 (G) tooling for each cutout.
Add $0.8/pc (A) for epoxy dome except printed items (no charge).
Add $0.8/pc (A) for printed items + $30.00 (G) setup per color.


Pre-productions & Spec Samples:
Add $50 (G). Add two weeks to delivery time. If item is not ordered within 120 days, a die charge will also be charged. No charge for email photo of pre-productions.


Tooling & Die Charges:
Die charges are service fees only and payment for such fees does not constitute ownership. All dies and materials used in manufacturing an order remain in our possession. Re-orders incur no die charges except for printed items. Setup charge applies to orders under 100.


Cancellation & Changes:
Cancellations after receipt of order will be charged according to costs incurred at the time of cancellation. No goods may be returned without our written authorization and requests for such must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Changes or additions are $20 (G) each.


Copyrights and Trademarks:
We assume that clients are authorized to use trademarks presented for reproduction; and we assume no responsibility for, and customers hold us harmless in any copyright or trademark infringement disputes. Unless specifically requested not to do so in writing at time of order, we reserve the right to use photos of all items in our catalog. Imprints, logos, or trademarks displayed on products in this catalog are for the purpose of showing printing capabilities only. Such use does not constitute an endorsement of the product, nor does it indicate that the product has been used for purchases by the person or company whose name or logo appear on the product.


Over/Under Runs:
In compliance with UCC rules, all custom manufactured products are subject to a 5% over or under run, and will be billed accordingly. We make every effort to be exact.


Packaging:
All items are individually poly bagged. Special packaging is available upon request. Please call for quote.


Shipping & Drop/Split Shipments:
FOB Texas by ground unless otherwise specified. Add $5 (net) per location plus freight for drop/split shipments.


Terms and Conditions:
Net 30 days with approved credit. New customers require a minimum of 50% deposit with order along with credit references and remaining balance prior to shipment. All prices, terms of sale, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to approval by MOPRO SPORTS and are not binding until accepted by acknowledgement by email or fax. MOPRO SPORTS reserves the right to refuse any order at any time. Interest of 1.5% per month may be charged on past due accounts.


Freight Claims
Legal responsibility for goods passes from factory to your carrier upon shipment/consignment of goods. Please file freight claims with your carrier.
